Our pizzas are legendary for a reason.
We start with fresh dough made daily which is slow fermented for 48 hours for that extra flavour. We use a hybrid sourdough for the perfect dough. Each pizza is crafted with premium Italian and fresh locally sourced ingredients for that authentic taste. Served at 13", our pizzas are a bold fusion of New York and Roman styles resulting in a thin crisp base with a crispy, airy, crust, and generous toppings. Backed by 20+ years of pizza obsession.
We can offer vegan mozzarella, vegan feta and a gluten free base (+ £3).
However, our gluten free bases are not suitable for coeliacs because our kitchen and ovens handle flour..

Before ordering food and drinks please speak to our staff if you want to know more about our ingredients. Due to the presence of pine nuts, nuts and garlic in our restaurant there is a small possibility that pine nut, nut or garlic traces may be found in any of our items.
