Wherever possible we buy from local farmers, growers and suppliers.

Fresh fish: Kingfisher Brixham.
Meat: Buxton Butchers, Winterbourne, NE Bristol; Valley Smokehouse, Axbridge.
Cheese and free-range eggs: Cheddar From Cheddar, Stratton-on-the-Fosse.
Bread: The Proper Bread Company, Bristol.

Nearly all of our cakes are made fresh on site.
