MISSIONARY’S DOWNFALL
Created in the 1930s by Tiki bartending legend Donn the Beachcomber. The origins of a Mojito with the added interest of tropical pineapple and orchard fruit.
Bacardi Superior rum, peach liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and mint leaves.

GOOMBAY SMASH
A taste of the Caribbean.
Havana Club rum, Lamb’s dark rum, orange liqueur, coconut liqueur, pineapple juice and lime juice.

The cosmopolitan has graced many lists. We got bored with it so we thought we’d use award-winning, grapefruit-flavoured, Finnish vodka instead.
